APEX Performance is widely recognized for its track record of success in a unique field of performance enhancement which is built on decades of research and applications from the fields of sport and performance psychology and quantifiable results from our clients. This highly successful program was first created by Louis Csoka at the United States Military Academy at West Point. West Point’s Center for Enhanced Performance, which continues its highly successful operation today, has been proven to be highly effective in helping cadets achieve maximum performance in all aspects of their West Point experience.

More recently, APEX assisted the US Army in implementing a similar peak performance model throughout the Army, originally known as the Army Center for Enhanced Performance (ACEP). The impact of this mental skills training has already proven itself in the operational performance of those units incorporating it.

The program’s conceptual framework, innovative coaching, and technology components have been adapted to corporations, educational institutions, and federal agencies and are being widely applied to help individuals and organizations across the United States. Along with developing a prototype Peak Performance Center at a Fortune 500 healthcare company that has become the standard for leadership development, APEX has worked with medical sales teams, IT consulting firms, non-profit organizations, and others to build stronger teams, develop decision making skills, and manage the stress of today’s work environment. Regardless of what improvements are needed within an organization, APEX brings years of expertise in development of core mental skills that lead to consistently exceptional performance in the most pressure filled situations.

APEX has also partnered with the Wounded Warrior Project to install and maintain two Peak Performance Centers in Jacksonville, FL and San Antonio, TX. At these sites, dedicated APEX trainers work exclusively with veterans enrolled in the WWP’s TRACK program, which helps wounded warriors prepare to earn a college degree or return to the workforce. Similarly, the Department of Veterans Affairs Acquisitions Academy has installed an APEX Peak Performance Center, which hires veterans for various positions in the VA; these veterans, over the course of a year, master the mental strength necessary to complete the rigorous internships within the academy. To date, APEX has trained more than 200 veterans in these on-site Peak Performance Centers.
