Success Stories
APEX Performance is widely recognized for its track record of success in a unique field of performance enhancement which is built on decades of research and applications from the fields of sport and performance psychology and quantifiable results from our clients. This highly successful program was first created by Louis Csoka at the United States Military Academy at West Point. West Point’s Center for Enhanced Performance, which continues its highly successful operation today, has been proven to be highly effective in helping cadets achieve maximum performance in all aspects of their West Point experience. The Center is currently also responsible for delivering this same kind of program throughout the US Army. The impact of this mental skills training has already proven itself in the operational performance of those units incorporating it.
The program’s conceptual framework and innovative coaching and technology components have been adapted to corporations, educational institutions and federal agencies and are being widely applied to help individuals and organizations across the United States. In recent years, APEX developed a prototype Peak Performance Center at a Fortune 500 healthcare company that has become the standard for peak performance mental skills training business leaders. A similar Center and program was developed at a major federal government executive training center, successfully expanding the program to government leaders.
